This is a high quality manufacturer sourced replacement part, it is not an aftermarket imitation. It is specially designed for Bosch routers. The purpose of the brush cap is to secure the carbon brush in the holder. Be careful when removing and replacing these, they have a tendency to break. Please note, one plastic cap is included per order. You will need a flat-head screwdriver to install or remove this brush cap.
