This is a high-quality component which is designed for use with Porter Cable nailers and staplers. It is supplied from the original equipment manufacturer. The housing cap is secured in the back of a nailer to ensure a tight seal between the cylinder and the piston. If the cap is damaged or is missing, this part will provide an identical replacement. Make sure to check the diagrams for your specific model for the correct installation of the new component. This high-quality housing cap is made of durable material and is sold as an individual item. The cap is secured by four Allen screws which are sold separately. In order to perform this repair, you will need a properly sized Allen wrench which is also known as a Hex key.
