Forstner bit featuring a special alloyed steel body, precision-balanced center point, 2 spurs, and 2 precision-ground cutting edges for long-lasting cutting performance. Ideal for drilling precise flat-bottom holes without chipping in any thickness of soft wood. Suitable for drilling holes in any direction and making arched openings, as well as for partially overlapped flat-bottom holes for easy mortising. Also used for drilling niches to fix supports.
