Part N027083SV Armature Assembly is compatible with the DW706, DW716, DWS779, and DWS780 miter saws. The N027083SV miter saw armature comes complete with both end bearings, fan, pulley, and the commutator. If you are just going to replace the bearings and keep the old armature, be sure to be careful with the fan blades. Dewalt does not sell a fan separately so if the fan breaks, you'll have to purchase a new armature. We suggest whenever you change an armature that you also replace the brushes. Below we have provided a video showing how to replace the armature. Addtionally we have provided a video showing how to replace the bearings if you decide to keep the armature.
