Product Description ? This genuine OEM sourced replacement part is specially produced for use with Milwaukee electric drills. The armature is the central component within a tools electric motor. It is composed of a steel shaft, copper windings, and a series of commutator bars through which the carbon brushes transfer electricity. Due to constant contact with carbon brushes armature will eventually wear out and would need to be replaced to maintain peak performance.
