Cut PVC, foam board, banner material, and many other common materials found in sign shops with the Nemesis Cutting System. This versatile machine includes a fixed docking station that fastens with screws to an existing flat table surface. The cutter rail can simply be lifted off the base and stored or used as a portable cutter rail. An integral lift mechanism on each end of the unit allows for easy material loading. The aluminum base extrusion incorporates a narrow groove that safely accepts the blade tip during cutting, avoiding damage to the tabletop.

The Nemesis cutter features a maximum cut depth of 1/2″ and is ideal for cutting acrylic (score and snap), cardboard, corrugated plastic, foamboard, polystyrene, PVC, banner material, fabric and textiles, film, paper, self-adhesive vinyl, magnetic sheet, and many other panels. This cutter is made in the United States.

The unique lightweight design of the rail’s extrusion provides built-in rigidity, allowing the Nemesis to span widths up to 10 feet. The cutting head includes a magnetic blade magazine that accepts utility blades and scoring blades. A 45mm textile cutting wheel and holder is also included as standard equipment. The Nemesis provides the combined functionality of the Europa cutter rail, table mount, and elevators all in one unit.
