The following information is designed to help our users better understand how we work and to help them become more familiar with some of our policies and reservations. Price Changes:
With over 800,000 products available online, some discrepancies are inevitable. Accordingly, mmToolParts.com reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time and without notice. Although prices are subject to change, purchasers will never be charged without prior knowledge and consent.
mmToolParts.com reserves the right to cancel or refund purchases at any time, for any reason.

Product Substitutions:
Where items have been discontinued or are otherwise not available, manufacturers may release substitute or replacement items. Replacement items will often have a different part number and may reflect a sub-brand, sister-brand, or parent brand of the same manufacturer. For example, a Bosch item may be substituted with a Skil item, or vice versa. In every case, the replacement part or accessory is an original, certified, compatible substitution supplied by the manufacturer to replace an unavailable product. Because these substitutions are fully compatible, mmToolParts.com may ship factory replacement products without notice to the purchaser.
Some replacement items necessitate price adjustments. In this event, mmToolParts.com may refund excess payment or may require additional payment before order completion.   
If purchasers do not wish to use a replacement item or an item from a manufacturer’s sub-, sister- or parent-brand, these substitutions may be returned in accordance with our regular return policy.

Online Pricing Versus In-Store Pricing:
Because our website, mmToolParts.com, and our physical business, M&M Tool and Machinery, function as two wholly separate entities, on-line pricing does not apply to in-store purchases. If users request a quote from mmToolParts.com, that quote is not valid at M&M Tool and Machinery (and vice versa).
Similarly, all online purchases must be shipped; in other words, there is not at this time an option for in-store pick-ups of online purchases.

Payment and Payment Options:
Although we offer unparallelled experience, service and selection, mmToolParts.com is a small, family operated company - in order to keep our prices low and our shipping efficient, credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal accounts will be charged for the entire order amount at the time of purchase. In other words, payment for all orders is taken at the time of order placement, not necessarily at the time of shipment. No payment information is stored in our system.  
mmToolParts.com accepts all major credit/debit cards, cashier’s checks, and offers PayPal for user convenience. All checks must be made payable to M&M Tool and Machinery.

Order Processing:
Although many orders process immediately, if orders are placed after 5:00PM MST (Mountain Standard Time), they will be processed the following business day.
Hours: Monday – Friday: 8AM – 5PM MST
Holidays Observed: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day (July 24th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday-Sunday), and Christmas Day

Shipping:
Unless otherwise arranged, all items will ship when an order is complete. In other words, unless a partial shipment is offered, all orders will ship in one shipment upon completion of the order, not in multiple shipments. Where items are backordered, partial shipments may be offered. Unless otherwise determined, all partial shipments will ship via USPS First-Class Mail. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify mmToolParts.com if USPS does not deliver to his delivery location or is otherwise unacceptable.
Though many orders ship on the day of order placement, delivery method time-frames (such as 3-day delivery) apply to a shipment only after that order has shipped - not upon order placement.
All in-stock items (unless part of an incomplete order) ship immediately upon order processing. If confirmation of item availability is required, please call, email, or Live-Chat.
All orders are shipped in a box or in a padded/bubble envelope. No items, despite size, weight or request, will be shipped in a paper/letter envelope. 
mmToolParts.com is not responsible for undeliverable addresses nor for international packages that are "disposed of" by customs agencies for non-response/compliance of receivers. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

Backorders:
mmToolParts.com is not responsible for backorder delays or manufacturer/production delays. In the event a backordered item is purchased, purchasers will be notified within five business days of order placement.
Manufacturers may backorder items with no notice to their vendors. Accordingly, mmToolParts.com is not responsible for reflecting backorder status online.

Prior to order shipment, purchasers may cancel any order, for any reason. All canceled orders receive a complete refund of purchase price.

Order Cancellation:
Orders may be canceled at any time before they are shipped. Canceled orders will be entirely refunded at the time of cancellation. Please allow approximately five business days processing time for refunds to reflect on your back/credit card statement.
Because orders that have already shipped can not be canceled or recalled, returning orders that have been shipped must be processed in accordance with our return policy.

Although mmToolParts.com endeavors to accurately reflect each and every product, they reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in typographical and/or photographic content without prior notice.
